Warranty

For a period of 90 days following the final acceptance of the work defined in your Project Specification, Studio LBK will warrant the implementation of your site/application and other components. Should any defects and/or programming errors be discovered within the warranty period, Studio LBK shall repair such defects and/or errors at no cost to you. Feature changes or compatibility issues that result from changes in infrastructure or site requirements are not included in this warranty.

Guarantee

For a period of 30 days following the final acceptance of the work defined in your Project Specification, Studio LBK will guarantee your complete satisfaction of the implementation of your site/application and other components. Should there be any reason that you are not satisfied with the final product, Studio LBK guarantees it will do whatever is necessary to make it right at no additional charge. If nothing can be done to bring the quality of the work to a satisfactory level, you may request a full refund. A full refund will require that you return any and all information, data, etc. with regards to the project and agree not to use any items produced by Studio LBK without the express written permission of Studio LBK.
