Account Executive/Sales

Studio LBK is seeking a committed, self-motivated, and self-starting Account Executive/Salesperson. This person will be responsible for helping to establish and grow our existing client base through standard as well as new sales, networking, and advertising strategies. This is a commission-only position with income potentials in 3 different forms. The position will earn a base commission, profit-sharing based on quarterly performance, and a residual income plan. The right person will be capable of earning a six-figure income in this position.

• Creating and maintaining a steady growth of clients for web development and/or graphic design projects.
• Building a recognized presence within the local business community by attending local networking and relationship-building events.
• Qualifying “cold” prospects to determine if they are a good fit for Studio LBK’s services, and if so, initiating contact with that client.
• Build long-term relationships with each client to create a “consultant’s” presence.
• Basic marketing and advertising to promote him/herself to prospects.

• AEs will be required to provide their own laptop computer that is capable of running Microsoft® Office 2007.
• Ability to self-manage and self-motivate.
• High level of organization and project management ability.
• Ability and willingness to “cold-call” prospective clients.
• Ability to track and manage personal expenses.
• Knowledge of web development and graphic design industry a major plus.
